What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness has exploded over the last few years with doctors, psychologists, business leaders and celebrities all suggesting that we do more of it. But what is it and how can it work for you? Mark Dunn will explain the basics of Mindfulness in simple language avoiding ‘spiritual’ clichés and focusing on practical applications of Mindfulness. You will learn how to develop a practice which you can use at any time during your day. This talk includes a guided meditation and the opportunity to ask questions.
Mark will also offer 30 minute meditation sessions each morning. which includes a short introduction to the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation, a 15 minute meditation practice and a short Q&A at the end. £10 per person.
