The Relaxation Room is proud to be part of a network of practitioners nationwide and can make referrals to practitioners in your area.  Just email us your postcode, which treatments you are interested in, and we’ll contact you with our recommendations.  All practitioners are members of Professional Associations and have Personal Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, which gives them appropriate insurance cover to practice in treatment rooms, on-site in businesses and to visit clients in their homes.

Client consultations are used to guide clients to receive the most appropriate treatment for their health needs and all treatments are preceded with a consultation to assess your particular requirements. Some therapies might require you to attend for a course of treatment, whereas other therapies can be taken on an ad-hoc basis when you feel the need.

Depending on the number and duration of appointments booked, additional charges may be required to cover travel costs.

The Relaxation Room at work

Onsite treatments of Indian Head Massage, Holistic Seated Massage and Reflexology. Treatment times can be tailored to the client’s needs although we have found it most beneficial for clients to receive 30 minute appointments which gives you a 20 minute treatment and time for full consultations. All of these treatments are carried out on specialist industry standard equipment and allows the client to remain clothed. As part of staff stress management initiatives, on-site treatments have been proven to reduce stress in the workplace. Companies can also benefit by receiving tax relief on such services.

The Relaxation Room at home

If you would like to receive treatments but would prefer not to travel, The Relaxation Room can come to you to recreate that ‘spa’ treatment effect in the comfort of your own home. Whether for 1 or a small party, we tailor our service to suit your needs.

Party bookings are offered through our personalised service called “Pamper Pals”. With discounted treatments offered to the host it can be a very relaxing way of celebrating a special occasion where you and your friends and family can indulge by having a practitioner visit you in your home or wherever you have organised your party for treatments. A minimum of 1 hour treatment booking is required for mobile visits and charges will depend on your specific location.

The Relaxation Room on the move

Onsite treatments can be adapted to extend our services to support you at events. Treatments times can be offered for 10 minute taster sessions. For instance this kind of service is very popular at exhibitions attracting clients to your stand and offers an alternative to the usual free pens or anti-stress toys!!

The Relaxation Room on holiday

In association with practitioners and treatment rooms nationwide, The Relaxation Room is able to arrange treatments at your holiday home or hotel, therefore taking the hassle out of finding some relaxation while you’re on holiday.  Please send us an email with the postcode of where you’ll be staying and a telephone number to contact you, and we’ll be in contact with some suggestions.
